"Ubicación adecuada, mal servicio"

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado ya que esta en el centro de la ciudad y hay un parking gratuito cerca. Algunos del personal nos atendieron muy bien, y el desayuno también hubo variedad, tostadas, fruta, yogures, café....

Por otro lado, nos llevamos decepción ya que cuando llegamos en la noche a la habitación y nos íbamos a meter en la cama nos encontramos que las sábanas tenían moho por lo que tuvimos que bajar a recepción a solicitar que nos las cambiaran. Puede ser un despiste y a todos nos puede pasar, pero el servicio que nos dio la empleada no fue el adecuado, ya que tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama, cuando estas pagando por ese servicio....

La ubicación es muy céntrica y la habitación muy amplia.

Lo peor es el aparcamiento lejano y tener que subir hasta arriba con las maletas y un desayuno lamentable con fruta en muy mal estado.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones bien, y limpias.

Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, llegamos a una hora normal, sobre las 18:00 estuvimos un buen rato esperando a que vinieran, al final salió una chica que nos dio la llave diciéndonos que no tenía ni idea de dónde estaba el recepcionista.

La señora del hotel que prepara los desayunos es la única que se salva.Especial mención para ella por su amabilidad.

Antiguo,en mal estado ,sucio ...he estado en el Lamar de Suances el día anterior y vaya diferencia! Me parece que Booking debería controlar este tipo de hoteles ,no beneficia en nada.
