Avalon Resort

A beautiful setting. Great sized cottages. Awesome deck. Feels very private. Close to town. I had a late check out for no extra charge as my room wasn't booked for the next day. Love that they use reusable bottles for the milk.

The rooms are starting to get a bit dated and worn. The bathroom especially. I think the bathroom needed a deeper clean in areas for example above the shower and ceiling,

Avalin is my go-to when I need to stay in Kerikeri. Quiet location and excellent facilities. Internet TV wasn't working very well on first night but it got sorted the next day without even having to raise the issue with staff. Looks like they did a routine update.

The room I booked on tthis occasion was smaller and it didn't have a desk setup to be able to do work. Perhaps the TV might be better being wall mounted to provide room for a desk and chair

Location, accomodation, friendly, great accomodation in KerKeri.

Nothing not to like, but maybe clean the shower corners with a bit of CLR so now and then. 😊

The room was cozy and close to the facilities. The atmosphere of the location was very peaceful

Well appointed studio, manager was very welcoming and hospitable

The driveway needs maintenance, but I can see the owners are working hard to upgrade the property
