Aircon was nice and cold

Towels were dirty upon arrival. When we asked for new towels, we got given more dirty ones. Had to use personal towel. Bin liners never replaced unless requested.

Good central location. Also has parking.

We stayed in room 11. Aircon was very noisy. Couldn’t sleep because of the rattle in the air con. Ended up turning it off so we could sleep. It was a hot couple of days, just as well it was only one night.

Basic motel style accommodation. Handy location close to where I needed to get to in Melbourne. The free parking is very useful.

Noisy, and the room was not clean. The staff did not check if I needed anything i.e wifi. The cleaners did not knock and just tried to enter it was lucky I had the door latch on
