Where do I even start. From start to finished I had the best stay. As a solo female traveller, I was extremely looked after. A taxi was booked for me with signage at arrivals - they have their own drivers they work closely with and the driver was very nice and welcoming. When the taxi arrived, I was greeted by my now friend Sowibrahme who works at the riad and walked with me and my bags to the riad. The riad is not hard to find. The riad is beautiful and very well looked after. Very very clean. Moroccan tea and little snacks were offered. After my check in, Sowibrahme offered to walk me to Jamaa El-Fnaa Square to familiarise myself and gave me tips on how to avoid scams etc. He made sure my stay was the best it could be, always making sure I’m back safe every night and enjoy my visit. He always had a smile on his face and he really made me feel comfortable. The street is quiet and there are security and police nearby. Bonus: 4 minute walk to BACHA! And close by to souks. A driver was called to take me back to the airport on the day of my departure which is prepaid before entering the vehicle. I had the most amazing time in Marrakesh and I cannot thank my friend enough. I highly recommend Riad Amra to solo travellers and couples!!

Nothing bad to say.

This was a solo trip, and the riad is in a great location not too deep in the Medina so the markets and souks are easy to reach on foot I felt safe coming back at night . There’s a really good burger place on the street, as well as other restaurants nearby if you get hungry. Special thanks to Ibrahim, the riad host. I had a very pleasant stay; he gave me great tips and recommendations on how to navigate the city and was always ready to help. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Riad Amhra .
