Hotel Palazzo Gambuzza - Ispica

Struttura molto bella in un antico palazzo nobiliare praticamente adiacente alla Loggia del Sinatra a Ispica. Buona la colazione. L'alloggio era bello grande con cucina a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura è veramente bella e vicino al centro.

The accomodation was great, we especially liked the many sitting opportunities in the garden and in front of the rooms.

The check-in was a bit complicated as we arrived later than the estimated time.

Location was a big plus, lots of great food options in the area too. It’s a very cute town

Unfortunately beds were super uncomfortable and rooms weren’t as clean. Also after staying for 3 days our towels were not changed. When we arrived we were in a different room than booked and they didn’t tell us. After asking they explained an issue with the air conditioning. This was ok but we weren’t as excited about the new room we were given, even tho they offered to change.

Good location and value for money

Could be cleaner. Had to ask for extra towels as they weren’t left on the second day.

The staff, property and location were great. The breakfasts offered a wide choice of good pastries, bread, fruit and savouries.
