Upside Down Town Hotel Neue Post

We had a wonderful stay at Upside Down Town Hotel Neue Post. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming and always helpful, which made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The breakfast was delicious with many good options, and we really enjoyed the beautiful sauna and pool area after a long day outside. The room was very large, clean and cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a big balcony with a lovely atmosphere. The location is also great for exploring Zell am See. We would happily come back again.

I was given a parking card at check-in and told not to take a ticket. Due to maintenance, I couldn’t scan the card when exiting, which caused it to stop working. When I returned, I had to take a new ticket. I went to reception with both cards before paying anything, but the situation was not handled professionally and I was directed to an external office. During the discussion, the staff member’s attitude changed — she appeared annoyed, told me that I “didn’t want to understand,” and kept repeating that she was not responsible. Because of this handling, I ended up paying around €4 for just a few minutes. Later, the external office explained the situation clearly, and it could have been easily avoided if the correct instructions were given from the start.
