BEBELe concierge était très disponible, professionnel et engagé. L‘emplacement idéal entre vieille ville et quartier moderne, à deux pas des antiquaires.
La chambre extremement étroite, en demi sous sol, humide et sombre. C‘est en fait un espace de stockage du riad transformé en chambre. Un mur donne sur la rue et l’autre sur le patio où les clients rentrent, sortent et prennent le ptit dej: donc la chambre était bruyante de 5h du matin à plus de minuit. La clim censée réchauffer la chambre était inutile. Le petit dej était basique, de loin moins bon que tous les autres de nos vacances. Ce que nous avons véci ne correspond pas du tout à la description booking. En fait il y a des chambres à l‘étage qui ont l‘air bien mieux. Mais comment savoir laquelle on aura quand on réserve???
FRNous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce riad. Tout était parfait, et Abdou a été particulièrement sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Les petits déjeuners étaient très complets et délicieux.

GBI really enjoyed my stay here Yassine,Abdul & Matthieu were brilliant i came alone and they could not have made me feel more welcome. I recommend booking transfers to and from the airport and there is some great prices trips available which can be booked too. Yassine had a lot of knowledge about the local area and advised on places to eat and things to do. I would love to come back!
Upon first arrival I fel kind of dumped by the taxi as they wouldn't drop of directly. The shower could be improved butbit done the job.
FRNous avons choisi le Riad pour être dans le vrai !!! Et on ne regrette pas , le Riad lapis-lazuli est top et je le recommande
DEWir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an super wohlgefühlt. Die Stimmung war total entspannt, alles war sauber und einfach angenehm. Ein großes Dankeschön geht besonders an Yassin und Abdua – beide waren mega freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut drauf. Man merkt einfach, dass sie ihren Job mit Herz machen. Egal was wir gebraucht haben, sie waren sofort da und haben alles unkompliziert gelöst. So einen Service erlebt man echt nicht überall! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Camera piccola. Ho prenotato 5 notti al prezzo di 498 euro e invece me ne hanno addebitati 536 perché non dicono che pagando con carta di credito c è una maggiorazione del 3%. Mi sembra poco corretto
