Riad Canelle ist ein zentral gelegenes, nahe zu den Souks gelegenes Guesthouse. Hervorragender Service, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ein ruhiger Innenhof zum entspannen und im marrokanischen Style eingerichtete Zimmer. Auf Wunsch wird auch Abendessen angeboten. Jeden Abend gab es ein anderes 3-Gänge-Menü, zumeist in der traditionellen Tanjie zubereitet. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Siebdruckkaffeemaschine, wie sie eigentlich an jeder Ecke vorhanden ist.

El personal super amable y atención de 10, todo muy limpio. Instalaciones preciosas y el desayuno muy rico.

Sehr freundliches Personal (vor allem der Nachtwächter), super schönes, authentisches Hotel. Zimmer war wunderbar groß und ruhig und es gab sogar eine Badewanne! Für uns 4 mit 2 kleinen Kindern war es einfach richtig toll! Man kann vom Hotel aus viele Orte gut zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe.

Das Frühstück war uns zu süß, es gab jeweils Kuchen und Pfannkuchen, gesüßten O-Saft etc aber z.B. kein frisches Obst. Ein bisschen was frisches und z.B. UNGESÜSSTER Naturjogurt und granola oder so etwas wäre schön gewesen.

What I liked about the property in Marrakesh was the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The property itself had a traditional Moroccan style, with some nice details like the tilework and a central courtyard that added a bit of character. The rooftop terrace was also a decent feature, offering views of the surrounding area. Overall, there were a few positives, even if the overall experience was fairly average and facilities that didn’t justify the price, an unexpected extra payment just before leaving and the inconvenience of cash-only payments.

What I didn’t like about the property in Marrakesh was that the bathroom felt very old and worn, with visible cracks in the walls which made it seem poorly maintained. I also felt that the property was overpriced for what it offered, as the overall condition didn’t really match the cost. Overall, it didn’t provide good value for money.
