A modo de sugerencia. Sería interesante considerar la posibilidad de que el lugar tenga ascensor o rampa para las personas con dificultad de movilidad.

Colazione eccellente, struttura meravigliosa, posizione ottima appena fuori Canterbury, con l auto è perfetta. Tutto davvero ottimo. Ovviamente è una struttura storica quindi il bagno non è moderno ma assolve al suo compito.

Il materasso, almeno per me, era abbastanza terribile. Se si usasse un topper morbido si risolverebbe il problema. Per il resto consiglio l esperienza con tutto il cuore.

THE BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

The food was inedible and expensive with no offers of consolidation. The bed was a small double that had an old lumpy mattress and scratch covers. The whole manor needs painting and decorating.

The location was excellent as we had a social function which was very close. The reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was good.

There was a function very close to our room which ended at 12.00 and this kept us awake as the music was very loud. The hotel decor is dated and in need of an upgrade. For instance the pillows are very solid and really need replacing. Another small thing: the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly but I don't feel that addressing your clientele as 'you guys' is very professional. I might expect that in MacDonalds but not in the calibre of your hotel.

Surrounding area and gardens.Staff was also very friendly and the food amazing.

A little outdated room for the price we pay.
