Staff very friendly and helpful, great food, lovely room.

Too many groups, who were sometimes too loud.

Location next to the Lift. Food was good and Restaurant staff very Polite and Professional. Spa/wellness area could be better

There was a mistake done by booking, so in the end we ended up having to pay more and reception staff were not at all trying to find a compromise. Booking.com was advising me not to pay as it was not my fault, but advising the hotel to charge us. Booking.com was playing a double game. Nevertheless as a customer I felt mishandled, and no sympathy from staff at the Hotel even if was a returning customer.

Понравилось все! Не первый год отдыхаем в этом прекрасном отеле. Единственное, в сьютах простыни на большие кровати по качеству сильно отличаются от простыней односпальных в других спальнях. В остальном все прекрасно!
