Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.Von der Küche wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig.

An sehr warmen Tagen fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Hätte ich mir bei einem 5 Sterne + schon gewünscht. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Super freundliches und bemühtes Personal, egal ob Rezeption/Bar/Service/Kinderbetreuung. Es gab rasch Reaktion auf Wünsche/Anregungen wenn Möglichkeit bestand! Top Lage direkt im Herzen von Hinterglemm!

Größter Kritikpunkt: KEINE Klimaanlage in unseren Zimmern + Restaurantbereich (sehr heiße Tage während unseres Sommeraufenthaltes). Auf Nachfrage, bekamen wir Ventilator für Zimmer-TOP! Am Anreisetag war das Abendessen nicht genießbar (evt. Koch krank). Den Rest des Aufenthaltes aber völlig in Ordnung und geschmacklich sehr gut. Wünschenswert wäre für uns auch bei Anreise ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Tageszeitungen zur Entnahme für ältere Personen würde das Angebot abrunden.
