Grand Kruger Lodge and Spa

Gostamos bastante de nossa estadia, tanto do conforto da hospedagem, quanto da qualidade dos serviços prestados. O que realmente nos encantou foi a simpatia dos funcionários do hotel, em especial Daniel e Edith, sempre muito solícitos. Boa comida também foi um ponto positivo. Tivemos apenas um desapontamento ao final da estadia quando, de forma inesperada, quiseram nos cobrar o valor referente a hospedagem das crianças, sendo que havíamos contratado o serviço tanto para adultos, quanto para crianças. Ao final, tal fato foi resolvido. Assim, qualificamos como muito boa nossa hospedagem

Rooms were very clean and staff was very welcoming, despite our late arrival and early departure. This is a great bargain with a fun, safari atmosphere!

Bien ,activités annexes( Spa Quad,)situé a 30/40 mn du Kruger,piscine sympa,bonne table, beau chalet pour 4 personnes.

Our famly loved the place. Chances are high that you see a lot of animals. The rondavels are very well upkept and spacy, the staff very friendly and helpful. Marloth Park is a very safe and nice area. So, why only four stars? It is the dinner served - somehow the amuse-bouche, the starter and even the main tasted like being directly out of the freezer.

Great hotel! Nice safaris, good food, comfortable beds. Harry provides excellent service! The only minus as I see it is a little greed and they are happy to charge a little extra for everything. E. g. I paid transfer for two (since I was traveling alone) even though the driver was staying at the airport to pick another company up an hour later. Also, internet is really expensive and only works every other day, but I guess that's what to expect out in the bush.

Anfahrt für normale Fahrzeuge herausfordernd, Lodge sehr abgewohnt, liegt mitten im Wald ohne Aussicht, Zimmer sauber, Bad würde eine Renovierung gut tun, Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht, Essen gut - Fazit: für die Leistung zu teuer

Amazing meals in a first class setting. We especially enjoyed sipping wine or hot chocolate by the fire pit. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

The stay was great. The staff were excellent. TV in the rooms may have helped make the stay better.

Zebra, Wildebeast, Giraffe, warthog all roam freely! This great hotel is located inside a wildlife preserve. A 15 minute drive to the crocidile bridge gate for Kruger, this location is great. The staff and food was great. We felt right at home. The view and the animals that you can see from the streets, rooms, and just walking around is really impressive.

A great location with fantastic service and brilliant trips.
