"It is a lovely place to stay and very convenient to eaterys and supermarkets and shops."

The room had a great view of the pools and a peek of the lake over the top. Lovely. The house keeping ladies were very helpful and considerate and got an extra duvet to help with the hard mattress for me.

The bed was way too hard and I had difficulty sleeping

"Great stay for us"

Easy to find. Check-in was super simple and check in staff were great. We had a 1 bed room on the second floor looking at the lake. Bed was comfortable. Lots of water pressure. Would stay again if ever in the area.

"First time at the Anchorage and would consider returning."

Room was great position as requested. Pool and hot pool lovely.

Needed a king bed and the bed could have been a bit softer, but that would be our preference if a King bed was available.
