Staffs speak very limited English, arrived at 1:30pm but have to wait till 3:00pm to check in even though the room is ready. No restaurant service only vending machines.

We were given a room where air conditioner was not working. They had a portable air which was not working either. The room was very hot. Although manager did not give a solution because hotel was fully booked, the front desk gentleman was very helpful and finally gave us a new room where air was working. You really don’t get your money’s worth with this hotel. Free parking was good.

This property is a 1 star, windows don’t close, safe doesn’t work, no one on site to assist. Dirty sheets, dirty cups and walls. The only thing that would make this a 2 star is the man at the front desk. I highly recommend you book elsewhere.

It is a nice quiet area with direct bus access to the airport. The room was really clean and neat like newly done up. A bit small but manageable for a short trip. Also I checked in at 2 am and they made it so very easy for me to get to my room with no trouble at all. For the charge, it was well worth the stay.
