It was so cosy, clean, the little touches were so thoughtful and just added that little extra of comfort. Everything you needed was in the property along with a simple guide on how to use everything. The bed was so comfortable and cosy and the spa bath was the perfect bonus.

The decor was a little bizarre, never in my life have I seen a leopard print carpet although I loved it and found quirky my other half was not keen and thought could be modernised a little. The shower appeared a little temprement with pressure and temperature fluctuating a little.

We stayed in Bay Bliss, excellent room, spotlessly clean with an amazingly comfortable bed and pillow selection. Location was excellent and the facilities here made it a really good base for exploring the lakes.

Parking. Easy entrance via code given in advance. Large room. Good accessories. Large sofa in room. wide range of teas and drinks. Snack basket, proper pint of milk and not little packets. Extra heating radiator to turn on any time. Room was beautiful

Downstairs room with very large bay window- Would have liked a simple net curtain on very large window - that could be drawn instead of the heavy curtain. I felt the windows on houses over the road could see into room.

We had a lovely comfortable and cosy stay!

Lovely and clean, good quality materials, bed very comfortable, Unexpected breakfast basket, greatly appreciated. Very responsive owners, when there was a problem with the heating not coming on responded right away.

Bathroom was beyond what was needed, it would of been better to have more room in the bedroom rather than a huge bathroom. Jacuzzi bath was so narrow, difficult to get in and out of. Television would not connect to Netflix, when streaming was advertised. Bedroom felt claustrophobic.
