Όλα υπέροχα, σας ευχαριστούμε και περισσότερο και τα άτομα στην reseption για την τόση ευγένεια και καθοδήγηση. Επίσης αυτό που μας έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση είναι ότι παντού υπάρχουν Κύπριοι που εργάζονται στο ξενοδοχείο! Μπράβο σας που στηρίζεται τον κόσμο της Κύπρου και δεν μπήκατε στο ¨¨τρυπάκη¨ των άλλων ξενοδοχείων και βιομηχανιών.

Our room was perfect with amazing seaview and everything was very clean. All stuff are lovely and always smiling! Will definitly come back 😍

We were lucky enough to find a last minute booking here and I’m so happy we did. We had the best time and didn’t want to leave. All the staff have been so friendly and the hotel most importantly was clean. Great breakfast also!

Lunch and drink prices high at the pool.

I liked the pool it’s excellent for children. Although there’s no lifeguard, it’s still very enjoyable. The water could be cleaned a little more, but overall it’s great. The breakfast was excellent, the dining room was clean, and the dining room staff were very generous.

1. The helpfulness and generosity of the reception staff need serious improvement. We encountered a booking error, and at first, the staff were unwilling to help resolve it. Only after repeated requests and the intervention of the manager — and even then, after a lot of pleading — was the issue finally resolved. 2. At 12:30 a.m., we were sitting on the lobby terrace talking with a few other guests, and the staff deliberately turned off the lights while knowing we were there. It was extremely unpleasant. 3. The air conditioning worked only intermittently. There was no air conditioning in the lobby at all, and in the rooms, the units did not work properly. 4. Room cleanliness was terrible. The furniture was old and in poor condition, and there was a strong smell of mold.
