indescribable mess in the rooms, very cold in the rooms, they didn't want to let us use the heating even though it was below 10 degrees at night; the manager should reverse his behavior with the guests and at least try to make them feel like guests and not like intruders

Everything was perfect, San Gimignano is only 10mins away. Ms Chiara was very, very helpful and kind to us. She gave us recomendations for restaurants, wine tasting,... Since our arrival was very late, she staied with me in contact on Whatsapp, gave me all directions, how to come to the hotel and also till the appartament. Appartament was clean, very warm and comfortable.

Only bad thing is that we had bad weather and couldnt enjoy also the swiming pool and sunbeds. I guess we will have to come back 😁

Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights but could of stayed for months! The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a comfortable lounge and large dining table. It was so quiet and the views were amazing! Thankyou to Chiara for her recommendations on where to eat and ongoing communication with us. If you get the chance to stay here please do!! You do need a car to get there. My 4 kids loved playing in the large green space and the little playground kept the younger ones entertained. The heating and hot water work really well too. Can't fault this place at all! 10 out of 10!!

That we didn't stay for longer!

I am very, very happy that we could spend six nights here. There were seven of us in total and we were in a huge apartment. First of all, thank you very much to Chiara for the detailed information, so we found it easily, also it was a big help that we could check in late at night. And secondly, I am very grateful that you reserved a table for us at a very nice little restaurant upon arrival. The surroundings of the house are wonderful, far away, really quiet and peaceful area. The equipment of the house is excellent, we were able to cook comfortably. Each room had a bathroom. The house is located a few minutes from the nearby small village, there is a gravel but good road, the nearest shopping center was no more than 15 minutes away by car. San Gimignano was also close, we got there in 10-15 minutes. I recommend this place to those who want silence and relaxation, but the great advantage of the place is that it is close to Florence, Certaldo and San Gimignano.

facilities were inadequate no toaster no iron no ironing board didn’t change the sheets for 10 days had to ask for clean towels and extra toilet paper kitchen utensils were shocking and no laundry facilities when staying for so long consideration should be given to these items

We enjoyed the sceenery and the various cities near by. Silent and cosy place to chat with friends while sipping a good red wine. Surprisingly I could also enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool during the hot weather.

There were a lot of mosquitos and one thing that would be good for guests like me would be to have something that will keep the bedroom free of mosquitos - like raid pills or something. The internet connection is close to non functional so do not have high hopes for it - disconnections every 3 mins or no wireless at all. Use the mobile data and you are set in specific places around the accomodation.
