The bakery next to the hotel is very good, free wifi, location not so far from train station

Old rooms,no carpet, no slippers, only 3 television channels were working

"Good value and pleasant stay, lovely staff but tired building."

Friendly staff. Great value with reasonable priced drinks at the bar. Nice gardens and easy, free parking. Good location for walking or bus into Interlaken. Room well serviced and very clean with good WiFi. Fabulous views.

Beds not very comfy and room could do with a chair to avoid having to sit on the bed. Whole place could do with tidying up.

"Comfortable enough"

Room was was OK, bed was clean and comfortable. Bews are amazing. Parking is free

A bit dated, expensive. But I suppose it’s Swiss prices. About 15 mins walk from a centre. Other than that it fit for our 1 night stay driving back from Croatia to UK

I like the atmosphere of the resort. It is a shame it is not used for more upmarket stays.

No breakfast and noisy young people at night. Smoking on the balcony next door to our room.

"Brilliant place, will love to come back again"

Room View: It was fabulous, could see snowpeaked mountains and paragliding from our window! Food/Breakfast: though Mattenhof Has no breakfast , it provides with microwave, kettle, cutleries etc for us to make our own ready to eat food or re-heat items. I found this very useful .

The location was few minutes away from Interlaken OST or West, though good connectivity with bus
