Staff is courteous. Has a direct bus to central place and the Interlaken OST station. Rooms are spacious, but the cupboards are not well maintained.

Hotel really needs to upgrade in facilities. The rooms and fittings are really old-fashioned and disappointing!!! There's dog hair all around the lobby. Not at all recommended :(

Garten war gepflegt im Gegensatz zum Hotel

Hotel miserabel. Kein Frühstück . Zimmer mit defektem Mobiliar. Sehr aggressiver Chef. Völlig vernachlässigtes Hotel .

There’s nothing to like, except nearby bus stop for convenience transportation.

This property is complete disaster and need big time renovation. There wasn’t even fan available when temperature was 30 C.
