The staff was not friendly at all. I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel. Everything about the stay was disappointing.

The staff was not helpful, overall the experience was disappointing. Nothing stood out in a positive way.

The location was wonderful and we were just a walk away from bakeries and cafes. It was great. We were in the midst of old town and even though we were only there for the evening, it was great.

The bedroom was very small and one of us could not get out of bed except for sliding out because it was pushed against the wall. The larger sitting room was made into a bedroom and the single beds were there. I wondered if it were better to have the double bed outside in the larger room. The outlets for charging were not at convenient places but other than that, it was good. The internet did not work because the bedroom is too far from the modem. I had to use my own phone data.
