Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. "חיפשתי חופש ורוגע וזה ענה לי על הצרכים"

שיש חוף ים ליד, שהבית מלון לא ענק, שחלק מהעובדים בקיאים במידע (היהודים והנשים מהמגזר הערבי)

בשעות אחהצ בכל פעם שנכנסים לחניה צריך להתקשר מחדש לקבלה שיפתחו את השער. אין אוכל טבעוני חוץ מירקות וגבינות מאוד לא טעימות. אין אפשרות להיכנס עם הרכב עד לפתח המלון ולפרוק כי "השער לא באחריותינו". הנקיון לוקה בחסר (חדרנית שטפה את הכוסות שהשתמשנו בהם במים בלבד והחזירה למקום), אין אפשרות לקנות שתיה בחוף הים, חוף הים מאוד רחוק ברגל מהמלון, כשהתקשרו לשאול את העובד איפה ניתן לקנות בירה הוא פשוטו אמר ש"אין" ולא חשב להציע לנו לקנות בבר של המלון.
