Место прекрасное. Можно погулять рядом в археологическом парке . Полюбоваться видом на Иерусалим. Также территория около отеля прекрана и ухожена. . В стоимость входила сауна , хамам, джакузи, бассейн. Все чисто. Было приятно полу Приятно удивлены. Не ожидала такого сервиса в Израиля. Спасибо вам большое

Удивительно для Израиля, но минусов нет. От слова совсем.

"מקום מקסים, זמני צ׳ק אין וצ׳ק אאוט נורמליים ושיפור ביחס של הצוות בארוחות יהפוך אותו למושלם."

המלון נמצא בקיבוץ רמת רחל שנמצא ממש סמוך לירושלים (כמה דקות נסיעה ואתם בתלפיות...). בנוסף הוא ממש קרוב לקבר רחל אמנו. יש הרבה חניה ליד המלון. המלון עצמו מעולה, מעוצב יפה, מרווח, פקידי הקבלה נחמדים. החדרים מעולים, נקיים, יש פינת קפה ומכונת קפה, אמבטיה מרווחת. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ומגוונת. בנוסף יאמר לזכותם ששכחתי חליפה מאוד יקרה בארון והם התקשרו לומר ששכחתי ושמרו לי אותה כחודש עד שלקחתי..

שני דברים הפריעו לי... 1. כשסגרתי את ההזמנהקבלתי הודעה שזמן הצ'ק אין הוא 16:00 וזמן הצ'ק אאוט הוא 10:00... שלחתי להם הודעה שזה מוגזם מאוד לעשות צ'קאין ב16:00 ובשאר הבתי מלון זה ב:15:00 לכל המאוחר- והם אפשרו לי להכנס ב15:00 (הזמנתי את המלון כי הבן שלי התחתן באותו ערב בתלפיות). כשהגעתי למלון שלחתי להם בלילה הודעה שאני מבקש לצאת ב11:00 (בגלל שחזרנו מאוחר מהחתונה) אך היא לא נענתה.... ולכן יצאנו ב10:00 (דבר שמאוד הלחיץ בהנתן שארוחת הבוקר מסתיימת ב10:00). 2. בנוגע לארוחת הבוקר.. שני עניינים הפריעו לי מאוד בארוחת הבוקר: 1. היה יחס מאוד קר ולא נחמד מאחת העובדות שהרגשתי לא נעים לשאול או לבקש משהו 2. היה כתוב שארוחת הבוקר היא עד 10:00 אבל בפועל ניסו לגרום לנו לסיים באגרסיביות נחמדה כבר מהשעה 9:30. לסיכום המלון עצמו (המבנה, המתקנים וארוחת הבוקר) מעולה. האירוח יכול להיות מושלם אם יתייחסו לאורחים ביותר שירותיות.

ארוחת ערב ביום ששי היתה יקרה, לא טעימה . תחושה שלא קבלנו תמורה למחיר.
