מלון עם פוטנציאל להיות מושלם אבל הצוות עם תודעת שירות נוראית. כמה חבל. אבל המלון ממש מתאים למשפחות וקבוצות , אוכל ממש טוב נוף וקאנטרי נחמד החדרים קצת ישנים ותוודאו אם החדר עם מרפסת או לא

הצוות מתנשא לא שירותי ואפילו וכחן.. שפנינו עם בעיה שהם סירבו לעזור איתה - עוד לא הספקנו להתרחק והפקיד קילל את אחותי. היו מלא בעיות עם הצוות שלדעתי מאוד הורסים את החוויה של המלון

We had a great weekend with our children and grandchildren. They gave us 5 rooms next to each other and the kids really enjoyed our stay. It was really a nice Shabbat vacation!

Tudo excelente. Porém equipe da recepção bastante antipática. Algumas vezes pedimos informações sobre locomoção e eles não fizeram nenhum esforço para ajudar. Em outra ocasião optamos por jantar no hotel. A equipe do restaurante passou um valor. E a Equipe da recepção cobrou outro valor, sem sequer explicar que talvez o pessoal do restaurante estivesse enganado.
