We would like to inform you that our parking entrance is located on Gedimino str. 10, Kaunas. We do not reserve places in advance, so it is subject to availability, but still - free of charge for our guests. Please call to our reception +370 618 86429 to open the gates. A PLACE FOR CAR IS NOT RESERVED IN ADVANCE AND NOT GUARANTEED. - Please note that the SPA is available for EXTRA 50 EUR/ per hour. SPA area is private (2-8 people can use it at one time). In order to make a reservation for SPA - You need to inform reception at least two hours in advance allowing us to prepare and ensure it is at the perfect temperature for your enjoyment. - Our hotel happily accommodates pets, including dogs and cats. * Dog Fees: Small Dogs (Up to 10kg): A fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged. * Medium/Big Dogs (From 10kg): A fee of 20 EUR per day will be charged. * Cat Fees: Cats are subject to a fee of 15 EUR per day. PETS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY ONLY IN STANDARD CLASS ROOMS.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location and wifi.

The reception staff were polite and professional. However, the breakfast restaurant staff were young and inexperienced. They were far too eager to clear the tables. For example, they would remove your plate the moment you took your last bite. This is not how professional service should be provided. They should work on improving this aspect of their service in the future, as it negatively affects the dining experience.

Det gick inte att spola ordentligt på WC. Man fick spola några gånger innan allt gick igenom. Toaletten luktade orín hela tiden. Rökelse i korridoren var inte okej. Särskilt om man är känslig för sådant dofter samt för de som är allergiska kan vara svårt att andas.

"Very good hotel!"

Big room with carpet,real furniture and a bath- the basic comforts of any home ,which most hotels lack! Amenities generous ,including fridge,kettle ,safe.Really good lighting- choice of proper overhead bright light,or soft indirect. Excellent breakfast and a really good restaurant for dinner. At least four star standard for a very good price.

Long walk from town centre. The beds are peculiar- thin loose pad on a sprung base.This makes it hard to tuck in the sheets properly.In practice,I found the bed comfortable.
