Riad Bamaga

We stayed for one night as three girls travelling. The riad was well located close to the medina. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff but from then onwards we had an extremely negative experience with staff with fairly verbally aggressive interactions where we felt like we needed to leave asap. The room was basic but very clean.

One member of staff was extremely rude towards us.

Ubytovanie ako aj ubytovatelia boli OK. Ubytovanie má výbornú polohu, je čisté, udržiavané a s atmosférou. Personál bol veľmi milý, ochotný, ústretový. Raňajky boli OK. Výborná klíma v rijáde. The accommodation and the hosts were OK. The accommodation has an excellent location, clean, well maintained and has an atmosphere. The staff was very kind, helpful. Breakfast was OK. Nice climate in Rijad.

Excellent séjour à Marrakech ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fantastique de trois nuits au Riad Bamaga. L'emplacement : Tout simplement parfait ! Idéal pour découvrir Marrakech à pied tout en restant facilement accessible. Le Riad : Un véritable havre de paix. L'environnement est à la fois très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement calme. Nous avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour la magnifique terrasse, parfaite pour se détendre. La restauration (À ne pas manquer !) : Un pur délice ! Nous sommes restés trois jours et nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir un petit-déjeuner différent et savoureux chaque matin. De plus, le riad propose également un service de restauration sur commande : il faut absolument tester, c'est un vrai régal ! Un immense merci à Mohamad et Saïd pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Ils ont été d'une patience remarquable et nous ont donné d'excellents conseils très utiles pour notre séjour. Recommandation à 100 % ! Si vous prévoyez de voyager à Marrakech, c'est l'adresse incontournable. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

We had an incredible stay! The riad was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Even though it was in a great central location it was extremely quiet, tucked away on a side street. There are only a few rooms so it's easy to feel like you have the place to yourself. As well the room being beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the restaurant and spa were also very special. Everything we ate was delicious and we also had a massage on our last day which was the best we've ever had. The highlight was the service, which went above and beyond. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive and made us feel very at home. Mohammad was especially helpful and gave us great advice on what to do with our time in Marrakech. We had some great chats where we learned a lot from him. Above all, he and everyone else at the riad made our stay very special.

We had a lovely experience, especially thanks to the staff. The riad is located very close to the Medina, housekeeping is done daily, and the rooftop is beautifully arranged and includes a jacuzzi.

The less pleasant part was that you could hear absolutely everything in the room. Since we had a ground-floor room, we couldn’t really rest once breakfast service started, and there was also a strange smell. The breakfast was tasty, although the variety of options was quite limited.

la posizione ottima letteralmente a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza jam El fan coinvolgendo una bella passeggiata per i souk, il personale molto cordiale accogliente, professionale, e attento alle esigenze. Said un ottimo custode,accogliendoci con un buonissimo tè alla menta alle 11 di sera, spiegandoci i servizi del riad Bamaga in maniera semplice ma coincisa, nonché sempre eccellente nel servizio e sorridente. Molto attento anche il manager che ci ha dato anche qualche dritta su come muoverci a marrakech e dintorni.

in generale io e la mia compagna siamo stati molto bene, ci siamo sentiti a casa.
