Riad Bamaga

Gostámos muito da calma e da simpatia dos empregados. O contraste entre a cidade cheia de barulho e o riad foi o que nos permitiu descansar nas nossas pausas culturais. O pequeno-almoço é tradicional e caseiro. Aconselho que tomem no terraço. O quarto também é bastante limpo. Todo o staff muito prestável.

Il Riad era in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città molto comodo per visitare tutti i vicoli della Medina e molto pratico anche per raggiungere a piedi i giardini Majorelle. Fuori dal caos, zona molto tranquilla centrale. Le foto sono corrispondenti al vero, suite comoda luminosa, pulita. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Bagno molto grande dotato di doccia e phon. Lo staff molto simpatico, gentile e assolutamente disponibile e presente. Io celiaca, mi hanno preparato dei pancake idonei e lo yogurt era home made. Buonissimo tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato fatte due cene entrambe ottime consigliatissima la Tanjia. Trasferimento organizzato dallo staff, da e per l'aeroporto puntuale e comodo. Un ringraziamento a Jamal che ci ha organizzato spa e dato dritte di ogni tipo su come muoverci in città, e un ringraziamento ad Hamid fantastico oste e grazie a tutte le dolci signore .. non vediamo l' ora di tornarci ... Ci siamo sentite accolte e a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo.

Qualità delle spugne da bagno migliorabile, noi eravamo in tre, spesso ci siamo trovati due asciugamani piccoli e tre grandi, Carta igienica un po' leggera, ma e' stato tutto talmente bello e loro così gentili e disponibili che questo e' l' unico appunto negativo che riesco a trovare..

Goed ontbijt en locatie

Onvoldoende warm water tijdens douche, ook onhygienisch (haren ter hoogte van de douchekop)

De Riad was prachtig, we werden warm ontvangen en hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Ik had gevraagd om een glutenvrij ontbijt en dat was top geregeld. Zou het zeker aanbevelen!

Niks!! Misschien alleen dat het bij het douchen de vloer erg nat werd, maar ach ja. Dat verpest je vakantie en verblijf niet

Vriendelijk personeel, wat je goed verder hielp. Je kon alle activiteiten via hun regelen. Het dakterras was ook heerlijk!

We hadden mijn vriend zijn pinda allergie doorgegeven, maar dit ging helaas al mis bij de welkomssnack. Ze hielpen ons gelukkig wel direct met een taxi naar het ziekenhuis. Het was soms wat gehorig. De activiteit naar Ourika valley viel erg tegen, veel achteraf bij betalen wat vooraf niet verteld wordt op de accommodatie.

This was a fabulous stay. There were always people to take care of you in the house for anything that you needed (some extra food, tea, etc). It was as beautiful as the pictures showed, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooms very charming with en suite bathrooms and everything you needed. Charming area on 2nd floor to relax and read. Thank you!

The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not working, the heat was stuck at 30 degrees, which was a shame as it is a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the evening and daytime. We made the most of it by having breakfast in the sun.

Riad bamaga is in a good location very close to the medina and souks.

We stayed here from 9-13th of March. Unfortunately our experience was affected by an issue in the room that was never resolved. When we arrived we immediately discovered that the bathroom door in our room would not close properly. We reported this to staff immediately the same day and were asked to leave our keys at reception so maintenance could access the room to repair it. We followed these instructions and left our keys with reception every day, however the door was never fixed during our entire stay. We experienced a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet area whenever we entered our room. One of the beds in room was positioned quite close to the toilet which meant the smell directly affected the sleeping area and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We asked wether it was possible to change rooms but we were told the riad is fully booked and given a candle burner for overnight instead- which not only is a fire hazard to keep lit overnight but did not even touch the problem. A room change was only offered on the final night, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue during most of our stay. We also attempted to contact the manager via the number booking.com had provided but found this number did not exist. When we obtained another number from staff we were told the manager was unavailable till later in the day. It was disappointing that the issue was reported immediately but was not resolved despite several opportunities for the property to address it. In fact, they lacked accountability blaming the smell on our personal use of the toilet. We would leave in the morning for our activities and return at night around 9.30-10pm and the smell would still be there despite us not being in the room or using the toilet. For the money we paid we merely got some credits on our booking.com account which does not even cover a 1/4 our costs and I am still discussing this with booking.com themselves.
