Accueil agréable, restaurant avec vue sur le lac pour le déjeuner. Bonne qualité-prix.

We checked in late but did not see a staff member at check in or check out. The bathroom toilet and shower were very outdated and toilet had a hard time flushing.

Furchtbar!!! Kein Badezimmer, sondern Dusche im Zimmer. Wenn die Menschen im Nachbarzimmer duschen, ergibt das einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Alles total hellhörig, das Fenster kann man auch nicht öffnen, da vor der Tür die Raucher stehen und der Rauch ins Zimmer zieht! So etwas kann man nicht als "Hotelzimmer" verkaufen! Hätten wir das geahnt, hätten wir uns diesen langen Umweg an den See gespart. Selten so schlecht erlebt!

Nice hotel with almost all services. The room and specially the bathroom is very small. Service is good and swimming pool is awesome. Recommended

Bel établissement dans un coin de pays pittoresque L’hôtel est bien situé et la région est magnifique Par contre j’avais réservé une chambre vu sur le lac mais j’ai eu droit à une chambre avec vue sur la rue Ils m’ont facturés pour une chambre vue sur rue mais je voulais une chambre arrière avec vue sur le lac Ce qu’il faut savoir c’est qu’il y a une brasserie annexée à l’hôtel et qu’avec une chambre avec vue sur la rue on a accès avec toutes les conversations des clients de la brasserie jusqu’à 3:00 du matin Si j’accorde seulement 4 étoiles c’est que je n’ai jamais reçu d’avis à cet effet et que ce n’était pas une question de prix mais de la sélection des clients qui n’a pas été prise en compte

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price, especially considering the beautiful location overlooking the lake. The view alone made the stay feel relaxing and scenic. The pool and spa were great perks and added a nice touch to the experience. The rooms were modern, and up to date, making for a comfortable stay but unfortunately, ours was not properly cleaned. We found a stash of melted chocolates hidden in the couch cushions, clearly left behind by a previous guest—likely a child.However, one major downside was the poor soundproofing. The walls seem incredibly thin—you can hear guests in the hallway, crying babies, and even people talking in the lobby. This definitely disrupted the peace and quiet I was hoping for. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Despite having a limited menu and lots of staff, the wait time was over an hour for a simple poutine and a pasta dish. If you’re on a schedule or in a hurry, I strongly recommend eating elsewhere. The food was average at best and not worth the delay. Overall, a decent place for a short stay with beautiful views, but bring earplugs and skip the restaurant.

Nous avons été déçu à l'arrivée de la petittesse de la chambre. Nous avons dû demander un surclassement et payer le supplément. Par la suite nous avons dû changer de chambre car le chauffage en fonctionnait pas. Nous n'avons pas reçu de compensation financière pour le désagrément.
