Our stay at the Grand Excelsior in Thessaloniki was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every request we had was handled immediately, professionally, and always with a smile. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to everything the city has to offer, while the amenities were truly top of the line and exceeded our expectations. The room itself was superb, beautifully maintained, comfortable, elegant, and offering everything needed for a perfect stay. In short, this hotel delivers a premium experience in every aspect.
