Amazing staff! Reseptionist brought me juice and cookies in the evening when I was sitting in the lobby. Also you can offered to get 15% voucher for a spa hotel.

The receptionists were kind and helpful, nice view of the Gerania from the room. The rooms are old-fashioned but this is not affecting the stay. They are still functional and clean.

Контактите в стаята са кът и на неподходящи места. Мястото за къпане е супер тясно.

Avoid at all costs! Deplorable hygiene, fake photos – Total health hazard Review: We booked this room as a gift for a woman undergoing chemotherapy. We explicitly left a remark during booking about her medical condition, requesting a thoroughly clean room. What we encountered was completely unacceptable. The carpets, curtains, and light fixtures were covered in filth and dust. The leather headboard of the bed was disgusting. The second guest had to sleep on a broken rollaway bed that tilted heavily to one side, and the wall plaster was ready to collapse. The photos shown online are completely misleading and bear no resemblance to the actual, run-down state of the room. The guests were forced to stay strictly because it was late at night, the patient was exhausted, and there was no other availability in the area to relocate. When we complained to the reception, we were met with absolute indifference. They cynically told us to ask for a refund from Booking because "the room was used". This place shows a total lack of respect for human health and basic hospitality. Avoid this place, especially if you are traveling with children or vulnerable individuals. If you didn't have rooms to rent then don't rent. Renovate here and how many years?. You are nothing but dirty and liars.
