very close to the strip about a 2 minute walk and a 10 minute walk to the beach

Extra location in city centre also close to the beach, very clean room, bathroom, very nice balcony and extra swimming pool with a bar.

The facilities were excellent but we stayed in the deluxe rooms so can’t comment on the others, the location was excellent, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything was clean and well maintained, the staff which were all family couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, would highly recommend this fantastic hotel

perfectly positioned for the strip in one direction and the old town in the other, so you were close to the nightlife but also could go into the old town where it was very pretty and a bit more laid back. Also close to the beach. The pool was great, most of the time we were the only people in it! so always plenty of sunloungers

Location is strategic between new and old Malia, with many convenient store close by. Considering the hotel is on the strip, we were surprised to find that the rooms were acoustically insulated to a very comfortable degree.

We were incredibly disappointed upon finding out that an agreement and request that had been previously communicated with the owners and APPROVED was not going to be respected upon our arrival; A month before our booking, we asked if one of the rooms could have a shortened stay as the occupants had to leave a day before and we request a partial refund of the total since they were leaving a day early. Malia Mare's co-manager Kostas said yes, that it would be possible. Low and behold, the couple's final day there was met with a resounding no from the manager and Kostas and we were told to contact Booking.com. Booking.com said it was the hotel's responsibility and the hotel said it was Booking's, I was contacted by Booking.com and was told that they contact the hotel, to no avail. Incredibly disappointed, and was left with a bad taste for the trip.

As it was out of season, we stayed in an apartment which they use before the main season begins. This was in the main street central to all amenities, although up two lots of winding stairs, so may be difficult for some.. It was very comfortable and quiet. good wifi, very clean. We would use it again next time we visit.
