"Comfortable luxurious stay"

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were able to navigate our requests well despite our lack of Polish. They arranged room service breakfast to be brought up with no trouble. The room felt comfy and luxurious, and they even gave us a free gift of a bottle of wine. The area was great, convenient to walk to the old town but also lots of restaurants and small businesses nearby.

Would have loved a slightly more spacious shower but that's such a minor thing. Everything else was perfect!
