The friendly staff and the location.

Don’t know if relevant but I’m glad I read the sign on the bathroom door before using the shower. Because if the smoke alarm is set off due to the shower steam and the fire brigade are called to deal with it, the guest can be fined. I’ve never seen that before, I’m undecided about if I dislike that or not. While I can see the inconvenience of such a situation occurring and understand why a consequence can be imposed. I wouldn’t be so sure that every guest would read the sign as some people wouldn’t even take notice of it, I wouldn’t think.

staff were friendly and obliging. gave us extra pillows and supplied a microwave. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. I like that my car is in a gated carpark.

a trolley to move our belongings to our room. (there was a shopping trolley in the carpark that I used - very helpful)

Trams very close, one stop right in front of our hotel.

Bathroom was clean but ceiling exhaust fan was very noisy. Could hear TV and other people's conversations across the hall from our room. Beds were old and mattress hard.
