Los colchones eran pésimos para el descanso en particular la 3ª cama. El colchón no existía, era más blanda una tabla que el colchón.

The staff, making you feel welcome rightaway. The location, well-located in the centre. The Hacienda itself, nicely decorated, a special place

It was very noisy. Both the noise of other guests as well as the noise of the water system when other guests take showers or go to the toilet.
