Great Breakfast. Central location.

More of a B&B not a hotel. Charges hotel prices but lacks hotel services after 9pm.

Beautiful setting close to town. Convenient car park and breakfast was excellent

Previous rooms had modern storage, our last room had a large wardrobe with the door that creaked We also had face cloths last time but in our room this time

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Only one dressing gown provided for spa. Pointed this out but not corrected. The promised sloe gin never arrived. For a spa hotel we thought facilities in room were no more than average.

Room was lovely, good location for town, breakfast a great standard.

Not convinced it was value for money - no dog or treat, milk in fridge not replenished, bins not emptied - small things., not the end of the world but when you’re paying over £500 for 2 nights, would expect attention to detail!

The bed was comfortable

The toilet wouldn’t flush and there was no running water. Other guests had issues too. There was no staff in the hotel after 8pm to resolve this. The hotel told me at check out to submit the refund request on booking.com and are now ignoring it.
