Très agréable. Dommage que ce soit directement au bord de la route : ajouter un écran d’intimité augmenterait l’effet global. Site près de la rivière est magnifique.

Petit désagrément concernant l’utilisation des produits chimiques pour le ménage au lieu de produits biologiques. J’ai eu des problèmes respiratoires. C’est un environnement près de la nature qui devrait respecter la nature.

Le son de la rivière est très reposant, et nous pouvons la voir de partout. Cependant pour s’y baigner, je considère que c’est dangereux, étant donné que le courant est fort, bref en étant seule je n’ai pas osé. Les bains sont minimes, un avec chute, un autre chaud mais sans jet, et un minuscule froid. Pour passer une journée au spa seulement, ce n’est pas l’endroit. En gros, j’ai apprécié mon séjour, mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Un accueil gênant. Booker avec vous . Nous refusent l’accès au spa. Ils n’honorent pas les services offert sur votre plateforme. Heureusement vous été là pour gérer la situation. Le déjeuner est une boîte à lunch … un vrai gâchis cet endroit. Je n’y retournerai jamais.

Great place, quiet and relaxing. Just be advised that when Expedia says that the spa access is included, they mean the jet bathtub not the access to all the spa facilities. Had to pay extra. That was not a nice way to start our stay. Not blaming this property, it was bad info from Expedia. Be careful.

Everything was perfect there but Expedia is misleading the clients about spa being included, which is not and its extra money to pay once you get there. Very disappointing about Expedia !!

Frais supplémentaires non prévu pour l’accès au spa. Bassin fermé pour rénovation. Heure d’accès non convivial pour les résidents ayant une chambre 9:00 à 12:00 et 16:00 à 21:00, priorité aux clients journaliers 9:00a16:00. Déjeuner boîte à lunch. Déception qualité prix ☹️

"More than we expected!"

We were pleasantly surprised to see that our river view was actually a patio right off our suite nestled in the trees overlooking the River rapids. The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean, bed comfortable and the room came with a jacuzzi tub.
