This hotel was well located for anyone who enjoys walking and exploring. Set in the heart of Old Town Ibiza, the property is a short walk down to the lively Ibiza town square and the port. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and really make the stay feel five star. Breakfast was incredible- lots of options including a chef prepared menu and exceptional buffet. The restaurant in general was fantastic. Really delicious and had a Michelin star recommendation. My brother ordered dinner one night and we were all very impressed. Oh and loved their turndown service and special surprises. Airport transfer was a really nice perk of staying at this hotel. The property and amenities are pretty basic. Not quite a lobby. A small European style cafe/ restaurant and small pool and patio. No gym/spa, tiny pool, and dated furniture and decor in the rooms. That said, the location, staff, and breakfast made up for it for me! I would stay here again!

The location is great

The expérience dépend if you stay in the hotel or if the send you to a New building across The street, in that case you dont feel in a relais chateux and Its not worth the money

Very quiet location. Beautiful room.

The pool was tiny and a little cold but lovely secluded sunbeds in the shade which suited me. Very quiet, no music.

"Want to feel like at home while staying in the heart of Ibiza? Think no more!"

It is just a-ma-zing. I had doubts while booking, as the hotel is located inside the restricted for traffic zone inside the old fortress, but at the end of the day it appeared to be just perfect. If you are into the calm relax time in Ibiza with the possibility to walk inside the castle of 2500 years old, but same time in 5 minutes near all the possible bars/caffes/shops/harbour/supermarket - Mirador D'alt Vila would be the top choice. Not to forget about the Michelin restaurant just inside the structure, the VIP passes for the huge gym, which is in 15/20 minutes walk, and for sure the wonderful and helpful staff. We truly felt like at home.

Would like - but can not find anything to mention.
