I møtekommende og grei innsjekk. Dessverre bærer hotellet preg av å være nedslitt og dårlig renhold. Ba om omvask på rommet, da det var potetgull fra forrige beboer på gulvet, men kun dopapiret som ble brettet på nytt. Valgte trapp, i stedet heis, og dørhåndtak var klissete. Ivrige på å rydde unna under frokosten i dag, tok asjett i det brødskiva ble løftet av.

Døren inn til badet kolliderte i sengen, den kunne åpnes litt under halvveis. Det er spesielt at hotellet har en restaurant, men når du ringer inn og skal booke bord der bookes det på en annen restaurant nede i byen.

Etter å ha klaget at vår superior rom hadde ganske dårlig utsikt ble vi oppgradert til suite. Meget bra måte å løse kundens situasjon. Basseng var virkelig en fornøyelse og maten meget bra.
