Breakfast quite bad

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was pleasant while quite modest. Staff asked how your eggs would like to be cooked which was nice although is potentially a measure to control how many eggs can be consumed.

Although we requested the balcony room viewing the lake as depicted in the images, we received one with no balcony at the end of the building. This room seemed to be one adjoining another room. While the location is scenic looking over Lucerne on Sonnenberg hill it is rather inconvenient to get to and from. The hotel provides no shuttle and the funicular is closed during winter. We had to uber multiple times during our stay in which case it would have been better to stay in a more central area.

El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Habitación grande, limpia y cómoda. El personal muy amable y instrucciones claras para el check-in.

Que está lejos del centro y un poco mal comunicado, el autobús más cercano está a más de 1km en cuesta.

Sehr schöne Lage und super freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Aussicht ist einfach perfekt!

Mir persönlich war die Matratze zu hart und es war sehr hellhörig. Ich bin da aber auch sehr empfindlich.

O quarto é amplo e muito confortável, além disso tem uma vista linda da cidade.
