Room, bed, and bedding extremely comfortable. Restaurant meal and wine were delicious, with impeccable service.

I had a great corner room. If I had any complaints, it would be that the room was a little cold and did not have a thermostat, but that would not deter me from staying there the next time I'm in Heidelberg.

This small hotel has excellent friendly service, a very nice breakfast buffet and their restaurant had one of the best duck dishes I have eaten in all of Germany!

We spent three days in Heidelberg, and the Goldener Falke was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was friendly, the breakfasts were delicious with quite a variety of the freshest breads, meats, cheeses and fruit. The location is ideal being on the Markt Platz, yet just a short 1 block walk from the P12 or P13 parkhauses. So close it was easy to roll our bags to the hotel. We loved sitting at their outside tables, enjoying an Aperole spritz and watching the people walk by. We needed some things laundered by the time we arrived, and their fee for on-site laundry was reasonable. We returned from our sightseeing and our things were clean and neatly folded, and waiting for us in our room.
