Goldener Falke

The room was available when stated. It was clean and we had a perfect view over the Market Platz. Breakfast was very good! We had a wonderful time. Location was amazing, minutes from the river and from the schloss.

The only complaints we had were... the top floor where we stayed , we could only access by stair....elevator only goes to third floor. But the room made up for that...it was so cute and cozy! And plenty of space. We also were woken up by garbage trucks and other noises early in the morning...not a huge deal, but unexpected in an "old town" setting. The staff was awesome, the food delicious...all in all an excellent stay...we'll be back!

Traditional Bavarian hotel with charming restaurant directly on Marketplatz. Lovely breakfast included and kind friendly staff made our stay very pleasant.

Wonderful location in the heart of this spectacular city. Heidelberg.

If you visit Heidelberg, this is the place to stay. It almost feels like a bed and breakfast. The rooms are so cute and stocked with everything you need! Honestly out of all of the places we stayed in Germany… this was our favorite. They also serve a very nice breakfast in the morning for guests that is included. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend to anyone!

Love the modern very clean room mixed with the antiquity of the hotel and pedestrian zone architecture. Service was excellent with a smile. The location was so perfect. Center to every thing to meet your desire and need.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Euros trip. Location wise excellent and walkable to all areas. The hotel staff very very friendly. It was extremely humid when we were there and no air con unfortunately so sleeping was difficult but we enjoyed it none the less

The location of the Goldener Falke is amazing, basically at the foot of the castle and right on the main market square of Old Town Heidelberg. The Goldener Falke has a lengthy history which can be viewed on its website. It is set up as a restaurant with multiple rooms which were comfortable, typically European compact and clean, but not air conditioned. If we visit Heidelberg again, which I hope we do, I would stay here—as long as it’s not the hottest part of the summer.
