Eva the receptionist was very professional, proactive and great. Gave suggestions on what to do with kids and provided technical support to make the TV work. The breakfast gentle who toke care of the meals and refil and tidyness was also very professional and proactive.

From the moment I walked in, the basketball-themed interior won me over — as a fan, it felt exciting and fresh, a really fun touch you don't get at most hotels. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well equipped, especially considering the price. The location was perfect for me too: I had a bus to catch after my stay, and the station was literally one street crossing away and the railway station is only short walk from it too. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety to choose from and excellent quality across the board. But what really stood out was the staff — friendly and genuinely helpful, even when I rolled in to check in at midnight. That kind of service makes a big difference. I'll definitely book again whenever I need a stay in Kaunas. Highly recommended!
