Kibbutz Lavi Hotel

Great base for touring the Galil and Golan Heights. We also enjoyed the restaurants in nearby Tiberias. There was a nice pool to cool off in at the end of the day. People should know that the pool often has separate hours for men and woman.

Hotel Lavi was clean, comfortable and afordable. Staff was helpful and pleasent

Went for Shabbos. Everything was taken care of for us: 3 meals, minyan, etc...

We enjoyed our stay at the Lavi Kibbutz. We did have a mishap were the elevator came to a loud, jolting stop. We were stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes before someone came to open the door and had us jump about 2 ft. down onto the floor. The rooms (doors especially) could be cleaner. All in all, though, it was fine.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. Given the cost, the rooms were extremely poor.

Really enjoyed it. Great, religious atmosphere that sets up a real enjoyable and relaxing ambience.

Overall a good experience with an excellent complimentary breakfast. Our main complaint was a too short shower curtain which did not prevent water from cascading onto the bathroom floor and kept on moving around the bather due to the air currents generated by the hot water. The desk lamp did not work and there was some sloppy vacuuming done by the cleaning staff. It seems, though, that our complaints about these matters were taken seriously and hopefully will be addressed by the hotel.
