Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport by IHG

The bedroom was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, though its standard could be improved to a more sophisticated level. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. I was very satisfied with the quality and taste. The staff were well-mannered and professional. A special mention to Remi, who was exceptionally kind and handled her work with great professionalism. All the food was amazing, and compliments to the chef. However, the experience with the hotel driver was disappointing. During the drive to the airport, he kept complaining about his personal life and low salary, which made us feel uncomfortable and pressured to give a tip. This was very unprofessional and made the situation unpleasant. Overall, it was a disappointing end to our trip.

Rooftop infinity pool with a nice view of airplanes landing all the time. Great service. Pool staff take good care of you. Kiran was exceptional in ensuring we get the best lounging chairs and making sure we were comfortable. While there isn’t a pool bar, you can ask the staff and order food and drinks.

The Pool is very clean, nice and the service is brilliant. Especially from Mr Kiran👌. Thank you so much. All the service and the staff in the hotel is so friendly, I do appreciate my stay all the day. D'ont worry (stay in Holiday Inn), be happy!
