When you think of a Holiday Inn, you typically don’t associate it with a five-star service. However, the Holiday Inn in Mumbai stands out as an exceptional exception. This was my first trip to India and I stayed here as it was close to the convention center. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Let’s start with Avadhut and Lincya at the hotel restaurant Saptami. This restaurant had great food and every day there was a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. You could stick to classic American food or you could venture out and try authentic Indian dishes. Everything was delicious. This was the best food I have ever had. And to make things even better - the service was amazing what you would expect at a 5 start restaurant in New York City. The staff was amazing and Avadhut and Lincya were exceptional. There is a roof top pool at the hotel which was very nice. And also a spa. The spa was great after long days at the trade show. And the prices were very inexpensive relative to hotels in the U.S. All in all I would totally recommend the Holiday Inn Mumbai to everyone coming from the US. It’s not your typical Holiday Inn. It’s more like a Ritz Carlton - but a lot cheaper. Keep up the great work and I hope other holiday inns can learn from you guys. You set the bar extremely high. Thanks again.
