Front desk was very kind. My room was very clean. My Housekeeper did a very nice job and was very friendly The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, there was a lot to choose from. Also the breakfast area was large with a lot of seating.

"Home repairs"

Rooms was very clean, Staff was nice, and Breakfast was good. Had to stay for a couple of days while getting some plumbing work done on our house. We felt very welcomed and they treated us like Family. If we ever have to stay in this area again, it will definitely be here.

"Great place to stay."

I had another great stay at this location. From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to the restaurants. I also appreciated the free breakfast and coffee in the morning. I can't wait the return

This property was very well run. When we didn’t get service one day, the staff went above and beyond to make things right. Also, the included breakfast offerings were better than comparable hotels in the area. We definitely would stay there again.

"Clean and nicely kept rooms!"

Clean, nicely kept rooms! The lobby has free coffee and all the fixings, freshly baked cookies. My favorite part is the parking lot how it’s just one smaller lot out front where you can park and enter, rather than the wrap around style that has you walking all around the perimeter to get inside. This will be my new usual when I visit family in Palatka!
