Absolutely wonderful B & B, owned and run by the nicest people ever. They have thought about and provided every convenience you could possibly desire. Snacks, beverages, hospitality, immaculate and enchanting establishment. You name it, they've already thought of it!
We got this room for my parents as a birthday present for my dad during the weekend that my brother was graduating med school at Hershey. They were utterly charmed by the delicious breakfasts, the gorgeous flower gardens and grounds, the friendly fellow guests, and the cheerfully personal attentiveness by the owner. They raved about the place as an 8-year old would about Disney. I (and they) would stay there (again) in a heartbeat.
Rosalie and Craig were outstanding hosts. One of the best B&Bs that I have been in. Anneville Inn might be a good gold standard for all B&Bs.

Rosalie and her husband (sorry we forget his name) were extremely hospitable and welcoming. They both go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in their home and they offer plenty of ways to occupy your time. The breakfast was delicious and I would highly recommend the Annville Inn to anybody staying in the Hershey area for an overnight stay. The experience was very pleasant and completely changed my outlook on B&B's as a whole.

Annville Inn first class, our two day stay was excellent. The inkeepers Rosealee and Craig statisfied our every need. The inn and grounds were immaculate, the breakfast was fabulous. I would highly recommend this inn for a short or long stay.
Rosalie and Craig go the extra mile. Whether it's the fancy breakfast or beautiful gardens they make you feel welcome. The B&B is comfortable and well maintained - you just want to spend time there. Thank you Rosalie and Craig!
Do not know where to begin, it was amazing, what a location, and the owners were fabulous, would like to stay again, wish we had more time there, met great couple from Iceland at breakfast, which the meal was also wonderful, the beds were so comfortable we just did not want to get up. This place should be rated a 10
