Very friendly staff , great trip

The staff were very professional . Room was very clean and well maintained

We enjoyed the hot tub

We should have been told that the door to let us back in from the outdoor hot tub didn't work. We were stuck outside until another client let us in. The key did work to let us in and that has been a recurring problem there, we were told.

As a Titanium member and hotel traveler on business for years, I can always tell when a Hotel is managed well and has a great staff.  This hotel is amazing!  Nick was the maintenance man and I always saw him cleaning or fixing.  He even educated me on the tv remote.  Melissa was so wonderful!  She is so friendly and I watched her as she had amazing customer service skills with all her guests including me.  Amy was very friendly and called me by name and helped me with a few website issues I had.   This property is Gorgeous and well maintained.  Rooms are very well accommodated and comfy. 

The heated pool wasn’t working maintenance issues. Maintenance was going home at that time. overall, it was a great stay road service was great if I have to have a room, I’ll do it again. The breakfast great

very clean and great breakfast I will definitely stay again the customer was great everything was nice a good location to get steps after a long day again the staff was very informative about local places to eat and enjoy while out

The location was good staff was friendly

When we arrived, there was a haze in the room and room. Smells almost like plastic. I don't exactly know it was an awkward smell. We went down and they sent up maintenance. Maintenance said that it smelled like someone had been cooking with cooking oil in the room and pull this to just air out the room. But then when I got home and checked my bank account the day after we checked out, I was charged two hundred and twenty five dollars.Because they said it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in the room when I called them about the charges, I was told that was the reason why I was charged when I explained to them. That the room smelled like that. When we got there that we even had the maintenance man go up, I was told back I would I have to call back Monday and speak to a manager.

The clean room and very comfortable bed

The staff up front was very nice and helpful we stayed during the snow storm and they were spending the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Was very concerned with us coming and going during the storm will definitely be back misty was amazing!

The washer was broken but it’s not a big deal
