Staff was very nice, facility clean, and good breakfast, but I paid for a heated pool but couldn't enjoy it with my grandchildren. That's false advertising. I asked for a voucher, since I paid a double price of a hotel without a heated pool. Haven't heard anything yet.🙄

False advertisement! I paid double the price for something that was promised but not delivered😡 The pool water was extremely cold.

Everyone we met was friendly and professional. We were there for a holiday event in town and they were all knowledgeable about it and helpful. In fact we now know they have a shuttle to and from that we will be using next year. The breakfast was delicious and had a big selection.

We booked 2 rooms at comfort suites through hotels.com. When we arrived the first receptionist we spoke to was very nice but could not find our second room. She asked another woman for assistance and she rudely informed me that they do not have another room and are fully booked. She informed me it is not the hotels fault that I shouldn’t have booked through a third party hotels.com. She said they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do about it. They did have a cancellation and called us to see if we wanted the room. We said yes but they would not honor the price that I had agreed to pay on hotels.com so we ended up having to spend $50 more even tho we had confirmation we booked 2 rooms at a set price. I highly recommend if you come to this town for the polar express book ANYWHERE ELSE.

Comfortable and clean rooms

Small breakfast, it was decent.

Location- staff was unbelievably kind but manager was rude.

Tv did not work, stains on carpet, toilet broke and microwave smelled terrible.
