Break fast was ok, they upgraded my room free of charge. The hotel itself looks beautiful from the inside.

The hotel towels are very old and not clean at all, no toiletries were provided.

Although , a double bed room was booked , but they charged separately 1500rs extra on checking in stating that the booked amount was for single person... if I'm paying for an entire room with a 2 bed capacity, why should hotel charge me extra??
