Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch

Overall great experience. Used digital check in with ease and walked into a very clean room. Plenty of towels, pillows and little toiletries. Jonathan at the front desk was very personable, helpful, and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The hotel is a little confusing to get to your first time but is in a great area surrounded by tons of stores.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Ashley’s amazing service. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and taken care of. She was warm, professional, and attentive , always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and willingness to help with anything I needed—nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

I’m so pleased to say we love staying at this Hampton Inn ! It is located within twenty steps of outlet stores and restaurants ! The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful,and kind from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff! The hotel is very clean and fresh when you check in ! Highly recommend if you come to Sarasota to book your stay here! We stay here everytime we come to town ! Which is at least three to five times a year or more!

Jonathan at the front desk, really went out of his way to ensure that we had the most memorable experience we could have while we were in Sarasota pointing us out to all the different attractions and things to do on the West Coast of Florida, and he told us all the great shopping spots, if Jonathan was a general manager of a hotel I would be there in a heartbeat because I know his staff will be trained to an exceptional status.

The location and getting to the property from highway and construction. Could have had better signage.
